Return Policy

You have 15 days to return the products to us, starting from the date of the delivery. 

If 15 days after the date of delivery of the product to you have gone by, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be sent back in the same condition that it was received, in the original branded packaging too.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to notify you that we have received the items back, and we will inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange.

To return your product to us, you should:

1. Contact us at : contact@clipitcollective.com

2. Specify the order number and the reason of your return with pictures in the case of damaged goods.

3. We will then send you a detailed address for the return, depending on your location.

* Please note that you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, and that shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you return a product without following the guidelines of this policy:

(a) we will not refund or exchange the product;

(b) we may retain the returned product until you pay us an additional fee, as we may charge for re-delivery of the returned product; and

(c) if we do not receive payment of such additional amount within 14 days of issuing a request for payment, we may destroy or otherwise dispose of the returned product in our sole discretion without any liability to you.

We will give you a refund for the full price of any product properly returned to us, in agreement with the terms of this returns policy, excluding the original delivery charges and the shipping charges of the return itself.

We will refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase.

We will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any event, within 30 days following the day we received your returned product.

If you haven’t received your refund yet, please check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company after since it may take some time before your refund is officially processed.

We only exchange items if they are defective or damaged.
